This is an interesting error that has screwed my Active Directory and my Exchange server, im posting in both places. This error comes up everytime i try to access any AD mmc plug-in / tool. and when i try to start Exchange System Manager.
The entire text of the error is..."Naming information cannot be located because: Error Loading type Library/dll. Contact your ..."
Also, i have noticed that a dll is "missing", based on Q245024 on ms.com, the file seckm.dll needs to be present for system attendant to run. But would that affect Active directory?
I have tried repair install of windows, and booting to my mirror. I've virus scanned. Im about to try a ground up build and attempt to mount a "Dirty Shutdown" Information store....
Hopefully i can get this resolved without doing that!!
