Error installing Office 2000

I get the following error when installing Office 2K;

"This is an invalid CD Key Value. Please check the number located on your CD Sticker"

I don't get an option to enter the CD Key, it's included as part of the install. When I run this setup on any other Server of Workstation it runs fine.

I am trying to install it on a Win2k Server, SP3.

Anyone any ideas?
