error in prinui.dll missing entry...

Hi,

Does anyone know why I keep getting 'error in printui.dll...Missing entry:printuientry' when I attempt to install a printer from cmd line on w2k. I've tried on several machines with same result, I must be overlooking something but can't figure out what....thanks in advance
