Error in installing Exchange 2000

I have now prepared a server which is in a new domain, when iam installing Exchange 2000 for the first time i get an error saying :
k:\admin\src\udog\exsetdata\components\server
error code ox80072030

please help

k, is this a domain controller? are you running domainprep and forestprep?
