error in database dll error no 20534

i am using crystal reports 4.5 when i run the reports through vb 6 i get the error no 20534 - error in database dll i am unable to identify the database dll which is missing / corrupt.
can you help me sir

Crystal Reports website refers you to Microsoft support article Q246167, but it makes no sense to me as applies to Crystal Reports. Maybe you can get more out of it.
