Error : Illegal function call

I,

When I try to install Notes 4.6.7 or 4.6.3 on a PC running win95 this error occurs:

Output:
Not +4415
Illegal function call

Then the installation exits.

Normally on other win95 PC I don't have this error.

help would be appreciate
