Error: H323 Gatekeeper active but no H323 Extensions present (9.1)

Howdie!
This is new believe it or not..
there are 2 extensions plugged in (call each other ok)
TAPI cannot see any.
and I see this error...
Anything silly I am missing out on?

That's because there are no ip phones installed.

Unticked the h323 gatekeeper and the error will go away

Or plug in ip phones and register ip phones.

I wonder... need licenses? what else?


 
Check lan1, and lan2 VoIP tabs.
There is a gatekeeper on both off these LAN ports.

If you click on the error it should take you to the section that's causing it.

The problem started when installing TAPI..

unable to retrieve user list from ip office

I can't get around this error and thought it was related

 
TAPI is disabled by default in 9.1 I believe, you need to enable it :)

 
yep done it :)
now still not seeing users in TAPI install.. but disable windows firewall and you see them..
wonder ewhich exeption...
