Error file not found vba6.dll

I am getting the a bove error when opening the code module to write code on the click_event procedure of a command button.
At the same time i am also also getting an error message "The instructin at OXFFFCBB23" referred in memory at "OXFFFFFF8" the memory could not be read"
I am programming using ms Access 2k men!!! can't progress .Anybody out there who can help.

Is the DLL on your machine? If yes, take care, that it's in the Access folder (If I remember right ...)
