error file not found vba6.dll

I am getting the a bove error when opening to write code in the code module on the click event of a command button.
At the same time i am also also getting an error message "The instructin at OXFFFCBB23" referred in memory at "OXFFFFFF8" the memory could not be read"
I am programming using ms Access 2k men!!! can't progress .Anybody out there who can help.
