Error exporting to Word from Crystal

Hello

I am trying to export from crystal report to word but receive the folowing error

A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

If possible please send me some code.

Am using Crystal 9 and word 2002
Could you please help
