Error E8602 Failed to read fromdatabase

Getting the below error on every mailbox that arcserve 6.6 is trying to backup....

E8602 Failed to read from database (mailbox name) "exchange system error"

Any ideas anyone on a solution.. ca.com is crap

May be a few items a corrupt mailbox is possible. You may also want to stop and start the exchange client and try rerunning the job.

do you get this error on all the mailboxes or just a few...???

If it is on all the mailboxes, check the mailbox of the account you are using for Brick level backup.... it should not be hidden.

If it happens on a few mailboxes, check to see if those mailboxes have any corruption..

Yeah it's all the mailboxes.... I did check the mailbox and it's wasn't hidden..

Have you tried not doing brick level to see what that does? Just a thought.......
