Error E3291

Hi all, I'm getting the following error in my backup log:
E3291 Getting I/O completion port status error. (EC = The wait operation timed out.)

The backup continues past this error and finished with a status of Failed.
This is a brand new install.

Brightstor 11.5 on Windows 2003 Enterprise SP1
MS SQL 2000 SP4
SAN Option, distributed server
Backing up to a MSL6030 with an Ultrium 2 drive

There are 2 other Brightstor servers running the SAN option and they are not having any problems.

I should mention that in the same backup job, I received an error on one of SQL databases. When I excluded the DB and ran the job again, I no longer got the error and the job finished successfully.
