duplicate PUBLIC name NUMCYCLES in use module cmnRU_Reminderutilities"

One of the users gets this message when opening a database; any ideas what causes it? Or what it means?

Double defined routine/variable from one or more likely several scriptlibraries... Has to be looked into using Domino Designer...
