I have a 11C v25.4 system that won't fully boot up. It has an error creating the "patch retention file" gives me an error 36, "cannot load SL1 data" and does an **OS restart** loop. It is the SW daughterboard, I've been able to swap SSC boards and isolated it to the SW card. Anyone know of a way to "reset" or "reload" that software?? I don't have a pcmcia card but I do have keycodes.

Thanks!!

you have a tricky situation there. you have to get a pcmcia card no matter what, just go to best buy and get a sandisk and it will work, you need 25.4 software also. The problem is that your c: drive is corrupt, your database can be pulled from the z: drive then the c has to be wiped out thru fbug. Then new software reloaded on it. Do you have a vendor that can do that or that has acess to nortel? if not let me know and i can assist but you cannot do anything with out software.
