Error connecting to oracle

Possibly stupid question, but I'm desperate.
I'm trying to link Oracle And SQLS7 the problem is I'm getting this error:
Error Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle
Error Description: An Oracle Error occured, but the message could not be determined.
Context: Error initializing Provider
Please help, what am I doing wrong?
