---I have an opt11c pbx(Nortel).
This afternoon, I just saw this code BUG4020 on my system from the pbx. Please does anybody know the meaning of this code.
I want to know.

---On this same pbx there is another alarm DTA300. This pbx is connected with MD110 Ericsson pbx via PRI.
What can I do to clear the alarm?

DTA0300 loop
A slip repetition has occurred on PRI2 loop.
what release is your switch.

The switch is release 25

Go into LD 60 and key in STAT. Then key in LCNT and look for any errors against a loop number. Finally key in RCNT to clear all errors.

You can go into LD 32 and type CMIN ALL and CDSP to clear the console and CPU display errors.
