Error code 1002 while posting to Merchant Account

Hi,
I had an application which used to gather credit card information and post it to the third party site which used to authenticate and then post back transaction results. The working module was in asp. Now, I am trying to do this POST completely in .NET by using the uploadvalues method. But I always get a 1002 error. I crosschecked all the values against those in the asp page. The problem still persists. Can someone help me with this..
