Error Code = 0x800706be

Hi folks, looking for a bit of help here,

I've having problems with an error reference on Broadcast agent. The error is:
Error Code = 0x800706be, Error Message = 'The remote procedure call failed.', WCode = 0x00000000, Description = '(null)'


I've looked this up on the Business Objects tech support website, and found this article:

However, this solution doesn't apply here, as we already have every tab set to A4 Portrait. We are also using 6.5.1 rather than 5.1.7

Does anyone have any help re this?

Not a very elegant solution, but have you tried to simply bounce your server. This often clears up this error.
