still getting error [c05f] on wphost.db after rebuilding entire groupwise system (three domains, three separate post offices).

* as a side note, this seems to generally appear after someone has logged in.

1. exactly what rights should the domains/post offices have to this file?
2. what can i gather from the following log?:
