error after moving mailbox

We are currently using exchange 2000 on a 2000 server, I have just installed exchange 2003 on a new 2003 server, and managed to get them to coexhist. all the mail boxes were still on the 2000 exchange, so I moved 3 accounts to test before I move every mailbox.

But I have a problem in outlook when I click send an recieve on one of these mail accounts I get an error "0x800410f an object can't be found". I have search the net and the only referance I can find is on a french site and when I translate it, it dosn't make any sense.

Does anyone have any experience of this error?

I had this, it was a pain. It can be a number of things, usually its the offline addressbook. Click the <Default Offline Address List> in system manager and select "Rebuild" then try again.

Is it for all users in a store or just the ones you moved? If all, then check/reselect the "offline Address List" option in the mailboxstore (that was my problem)

There is also another cause, you might need to make a fix using ADSI Edit and change the ExchangeLegacyDN value for the user.
