Error adding additional EX2K server to domain

I am trying to add a new Exchange 2000 server to an existing organisation. Evry single time I have tried it I receive an error stating that sub-components failed with the error 0x80072030. I have checked technet and the only article I found that related to this wasn't the cause. My support company have said it may be because I have Windows 2000 SP3 installed, with the only resolution to reinstall with SP2. I don't really want to do that, any ideas?

It is native mode Exchange 2000 by the way, no ADC.

Post the last 10-20 lines of the Exchange Server Setup Progress log. It is on the C drive. Dan

Thanks Dan,

I have sorted it. I had uninstalled the ADC from the RTM version of Ex2K. By manually adding the Active Directory Connections using ADSI I managed to install the second server.
