Error 946: When installing VS.NET

When atempting to open the SQL Server Northwind database from Enterprise Manager after installing Visual Studio .NET I get the following message:

Error 946: Cannot open database 'Northwind' version 515. Upgrade the database to the latest version.

I can't seem to find any solution on Microsofts site or in MSDN Lib.
