Error 71 on Exchange mailbox backup

I run Exchange version 5.5 on my Windows NT server. The exchange Server is my Master/Media server on NetBackup 4.5. I have configured the mailbox backup just as its stated in the configuration manual. But the backup exits with error 71:"none of the files in the file list exist".

What have I not done right? The Exchange Information Store backs up ok.

Also the mailboxes are not seen evenif I enter NetBackup using the Backup, Archive and Restore interface. When I click the Exchange Mailbox, it doesnt show the mailboxes in Exchange.

Please what am I missing in my configuration. I followed the steps outlined in the NetBackup manual.

Have you given the account that you are using for backing up the mailboxes the correct permissions as stated in the install guide?

I have had experience like this before when first configuring NBU but, creating a new user with the correct perms fixed it.

Yea I have. The account is set as Exchange Admin. It was formally set to Domain Admin before I changed it to Exchange Admin but the error still occurs
