Error 7026

After each reboot I have this error in Event Viewer:

-Version: 5.2
-Symbolic Name: EVENT_BOOT_SYSTEM_DRIVERS_FAILED

Message: The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load.

Please let me know what caused this error and what can I do to fix it.

@linney,
Try and check all what you post m'8- nothing help.
This Error message 4311 is always present.
This problem was "hard nut" even for MS people, they promise me to find some solution , the last advice was to remove Modem from my PC , but I am sure this hardware is not creating this problem.
I read in some Forums that even re-installation of Windows doesn't fix it.
