Error 70: Unit Version Mismatch

Hello there

I'm a Delphi newbie, and my former co-worker left a maze of files that I need to get to work. When I open a most DPRs, an error 70 highlights a line containing a file name. Is that the .PAS or .DCU? I read elsewhere that I might need to recompile (or build) the .PAS but Borland Delphi (I guess version 1, it looks pretty old) doesn't allow me to compile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
