Error 550 unknown local user

Hi,

I have a group of users that send mails on behalf of another email address. Two users can send mails OK, but the other three get the error 550 unknown local user emailadress@domain.co.uk, I have checked permissons and they have send as permissions on the account.

This one is really puzzling me.

Any help would be great
