I am trying to open a word document from Outlook. This is from a Template. I cannot open it without getting this error ( 481). It will open a VB window. If I say OK, it will then allow me to procede. If I cancel it then hangs Word. I can open this file on other machines. I had recently re-Built the machine in question. It is definatly not profile related. I can open the file on my machine under the clients profile. I cannot open the file on the clients machine under my profile. Any help would be appreciated. Tech Net says to look for SQL server. The client does not have this installed.

I guess i dont understand the problem. You get 481 when opening a word attachment in outlook - and the attachment is a template for something?
