There really isn't much more that can be said - you didn't have enough local memory to doi what you were asking.
How much memory does this W2K station have? What else was running at the time? Do you have a realtime virus checker?
Do you know what code was running at the time? (I have seen this when you've done a number of SQL Selects into a local cursor.)
Do you use sys(3050) calls?

Thanks Rick for responding.
My W2K station has 256 Ram,no other apps running but
Norton Internet Security w firewall active as it has been for some time.
My programmer is checking the code at the point referenced in error messages. It seems to be crashing on a 'lock' related statement and leaves the used Data Base with an extra appended blank.
