I have a customer running Windows98 with IE 4.0. He has just installed my software. When he attempts to print any reports through the software, he receives "Error loading library: crpe32.dll. Windows error 31- a device attached to the system is not functioning". The user clicks "Ok" then receives "Error 106: Print engine could not be loaded". He uninstalled all printers on the system then reinstalled a new printer with the same results. He can print successfully through the software in all places that Crystal Reports is not involved.
