any idea how to solve this error ?

3073 Unable to logon as user. (USER=user, EC=ms_error_code)

i checked that the username and password is correct in server admin

you mean reset the ARCserve System Account password?
i am not able to do that as i am not he account admin

i can logon to the server using this username and password.
any reason why we need to reset the password?
