Error# -2147221164 (80040154) , class not registered

i created a set-up program of a simple VB6 application that uses MSAccess 97 for the database.

The problem occured when i tried installing it to win95 pc. the "Error# -2147221164 (80040154) Class not Registered" came up. i registered (regsvr32) all the dll's necessary but to no avail. the thing is...the error does not describe which class is not registered in the pc...

Prior to that, i installed it to a win98 environment, and it was ok...i wonder what really is the problem...
