Error 199....quite urgent one actually

One of my users cant even open QuarkXpress.

getting Unknown (-199)

any clues. All was fine yesterday, the only change has been an added shared drive.

The error -199 under the category of

Resource Manager Errors (other than I/O)

Means:

-199 mapReadErr Map inconsistent with operation

Now, I have no clue what that means but some programmer might know what that means. Hope that helps.

solution: save as and disable icon preview.
When you enable icon preview the problem shows up again.
