Error 1904 during Crystal Reports 8.5 setup

Hi, I am new to Crystal Reports, Please advise on the following error:

Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files \Seagate Sofware\Report Designer Component\Craxdrt.dll failed to regiter. HRESULT -2147023898.

I've also tried registrering the craxdrt.dll manually after the installation completed using this syntax:
regsvr32 C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Report Designer Component\craxdrt.dll

then the following error was encountered:

LoadLibrary ("C:\Program&quot failed - The specified module could not be found.

Please Help!!!!!

Sorry, I did not indicate where the error occured on my previous thread. The "error 1904" was encounterded during intallation of Crystal Reports 8.5

Please help...this is urgent!!! Thank you.
