Hi all,
I have DC2 that is set up to replicate with another DC, DC1. They are both in the same site. DC1 will then replicate out to another DC in a different site. The problem is with DC2. In the event viewer for DC2, I have the following errors:
Error 1311
The Directory Service consistency checker has determined that either (a) there is not enough physical connectivity published via the Active Directory Sites and Services Manager to create a spanning tree connecting all the sites containing the Partition CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org, or (b) replication cannot be performed with one or more critical servers in order for changes to propagate across all sites (most often due to the servers being unreachable).
For (a), please use the Active Directory Sites and Services Manager to do one of the following:
1. Publish sufficient site connectivity information such that the system can infer a route by which this Partition can reach this site. This option is preferred.
2. Add an ntdsConnection object to a Domain Controller that contains the Partition CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org in this site from a Domain Controller that contains the same Partition in another site.
For (b), please see previous events logged by the NTDS KCC source that identify the servers that could not be contacted.

Error 1567
Explicit bridgeheads to support inter-site replication to and from site CN=PA,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org over transport CN=IP,CN=Inter-Site Transports,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org have been selected, but none of these servers can replicate the partition CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org.
Please use the Active Directory Sites and Services snap-in to do the following:
1. Configure servers that can support replication of the given partition as preferred bridgeheads for this transport. You can do this by modifying the corresponding server objects.
2. Ensure the server objects have an address for this transport. For example, servers performing replication over the SMTP transport must have a mailAddress attribute. This attribute is normally configured automatically after the IIS/SMTP service is installed.
In the meantime the KCC will consider all servers in this site as possible bridgeheads for this partition.

Error 1566
All servers in site CN=TOW,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org that can replicate partition CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org over transport CN=IP,CN=Inter-Site Transports,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=tll,DC=org are currently unavailable.
I am getting these three errors every 15 minutes! How do I fix this? Does this mean that DC2 is not getting updated? I went into Sites and Services and clicked on the automatically generated connection for DC2 but it said that the RPC server was too busy. Please help! Thanks.
