error 1061 & error 0x80070425 plz help

hi dear frends,

it's been from few days that sometimes my shared access of the internet gets disabled automatically and when i try to enable shared acces the message displays

error 1061 cant enable shared access
or
error 0x80070425 cant accept control messages at this time

the error gets removed by restarting the system.
but it happens again the next day.

plz help me resolving the problem.

Have you tried to install Oracle recently?

thanks for ur response .

but ti's been months bak that i've installed the oracle.
2ndly i've tried that solution, but the system doesnt allow me to stop the 'lsass' process and i'v to reboot the system.

also it's not giving the permanent solution as i've to face the same problem every next day.
