Error 10055 when opening a previously saved xml file.

I have Xpress 6,
I create a new xml document, I import my DTD and then , i'm starting to tag my xpress doc.
I can save my xml document (with quark instruction) without any problem.
But I have got this error when I try to open this .xml

But if i saved my xml file without quark instruction, this xml file works fine.
But i loosed all my tags :(
