error 0xc0000005

i have recently downloaded "windows xp-tweak" in program i activated ad blocker and pop-up stopper.now every time computer starts up i get blue box showing message "error popup.exe and adblocker.exe. application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)any help to fix this would be much appreciated. thank you
