ERROR 0X8004210A

I have a error in my outlook 2002 are 0x8004210A.}

Microsoft say for the error are norton antivirus 2002 or 2003. And say it disable for the scan e-mail the pop and smtp.

I do it, my outlook are work. But, the norton not protecting of virus now.

I need the 2 software (outlook and Norton) are work together.

The error in question is addressedin this Microsoft Tech article:

The suggestion is that you turn of the "Scan incoming" and "Scan outgoing" mail options.

Turning these off should not harm your system or leave it vulnerable to infection, as the Realtime Filesystem Protection is still monitoring your system.
