erratic lotus toolbar

intermitently a small cubed like lotus toolbar appears on the screen,it is draggable and about 2cm square, it contains 9 smaller squares arranged in 3 rows, its possible to ctrl+alt+dlt out of it by performing an end task on Pelmiced how do i stop this appearing in the first place and what is its function.

The little tool bar is "SuiteStart" with an icon for each of the products in the SmartSuite. It usually appears on the task bar and not as a floating toolbar.

You can take it out of the startup group of programs - in your Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp folder, just remove the Lotus SuiteStart item.

I'm actually having a simular problem. although, nothing is in my startup. yet this pelmiced program and word are freezing at the exact same time. Does anyone know what Pelmiced is in the task manager? And why it may be freezing my word.

Pelmiced is the IBM Mouse Suite program that runs the mouse.
