Doesn't appear to be a major alarm:

<number> closed incorrectly, state <state>\n.
Action:
Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: Yes
Are you on the latest MGC and MC32S patches? MGCCAM08
We used to get those on older loadware but we are on CAM08 now.
