Ericsson Switches

Hi all,
I have only ever worked with Lucent definity and am being asked some questions about another site of ours which has a year old Ericsson switch. Is the system totally different in its interface and programming etc, or is it something where you could transfer the principles of a definity system over to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! John

Nope, it has been awhile since I did some work on these machines but you can not compare it to the easy way you administer a DEFINITY. In Tek-tips there is a MD110 forum that could be handy though Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

Cheers Edwin, I had a look at that forum and thought that it was perhaps aimed at their network level switching equipment due to how complex it looked! Maybe not! Ill have a look at it a bit more, thanks for the help. John
