equivalent to nsswitch.conf and pwconv 1

is there an equivalent to this two file/commands... thanks in advance....

/etc/netsvc.conf is what you use instead of nsswitch.conf

There is no need for a pwconv command since by default AIX uses a shadow scheme with the /etc/security/passwd file.
