Is there a "feature" page that comes with Equinox? I have noticed in the PDF user guide that there is a "Feature Manager" window that comes up while on a call. You access this by clicking an icon on the bottom of the page and a feature page does come up. The only problem is when I downloaded the Equinox phone on our IPO Server Edition rls 11.0 we do not see the icon for the feature page. I spoke to our Avaya Partner and they say they think it is not offered in IP Office but only in CM. I have not read that in any of the Avaya user guides. Any assistance will be appreciated.

 
I think you mean this: You need to click the area around 'Top of Mind' and it brings a drop down for top of mind options.

We are attempting to utilize the Equinox for our call center agents in place of a hard phone. We used the Avaya Soft Phone in a previous site and it worked. (release 9.0) We were able to use 12 feature buttons for Login or Logout, Hunt Group Disable or Hunt Group Enable, and other features. But it does not seem possible to program those features on the Equinox. Unless I am missing something in the setup.

 
You are correct. However, you can use short codes to get the same result.
