ok thanks for confirming that, also did some digging around on Network Associates Website and found the following memo dated 7/21/2005
This statement is a follow-up to the Product Management Statement ePO/CMA Compatibility with Microsoft Windows 2003 Server SP1 issued on May 4, 2005. The purpose of this statement is to confirm that McAfee is supporting McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and McAfee Common Management Agent (CMA - also known as the ePO Agent) running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1.
McAfee Engineering has completed testing the supported versions of ePO and CMA, which are 3.0.2 and 3.5 and 3.1.2 and 3.5 respectively, on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1 and we are pleased to announce that no major incompatibilities have been found. McAfee is supporting ePO 3.0.2 and 3.5 and CMA 3.1.2 and 3.5 on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1.
McAfee plans to fully support ePO 3.6 and CMA 3.5.5, which is currently under development and expected to release by end of 2005, on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1.
