ePO 3.0.2 - Error downloading file \SiteStat.xml, naInet GetLastError(

Hi Guys
I'm sure you've probably seen this error before? But trying to find a fix for it is proving to be a real pain.

I'm currently testing ePO3.0.2 on about 25 PCs all have worked fantastically except one. It won't accept the agent push. See below for agent log.

It's using a UNC repository that all the clients are using, but it still says

Error downloading file \SiteStat.xml, naInet GetLastError() = 7602281
Unable to find a valid repository.

also it looks like it's trying to invoke the agent deployment task, but it's not actually doing it.
I would really appreciate any help you can give.
I'm getting close to my testing deadline.
