ePO 3.0.1 reinstall - no coverage reports

This seems like a weird problem with ePO but then aren't they all!

For reasons I wont go into in this thread, I had to backup 3.0.2a and reinstall 3.0.1. Afterward, the virus reports work but the coverage reports don't work. The all come back with "NO DATA FOUND FOR THIS REPORT."

Anyone have any ideas before I visit McAfee support?

yeah we had that problem, took Mcafee so long to reply with some kind of Database fix for us, we just rebuilt the server.

I think I figured out the problem. First time I loaded SP1, I had previously loaded 3.0.0 then upgraded. When I reinstalled, in an effort to save some time, I downloaded the install that includes SP1 and it didn't work. I'd like to know but don't have time to do a test box to find out.
