Envisn - NetVisn product

Hi All,
Has anyone used the NetVisn product from Envisn? Any comments on the product or the company would be appreciated.

Also are there any other companies that compete with them. I find it hard to believe that only one company markets a management tool to help with documentation and impact analysis for Cognos.
