I have set up a database for our HR department to track applications and print form letters and envelopes. The db has been split with both the front and back ends housed on a server.
I currently have four individuals using the db and have encountered a problem with the envelope printing defaulting to Letter Size from the #10 Envelope setting. If I go into the form on the user's system and then, using Page Setup, change the setting to Envelope, the setting will hold for a while but will, sooner or later, default to Letter Size. Each user has her own printer and the printer setting is set default.
Is there a way using code to force the Page Setup to #10 Envelope?
