Enumeration of Network Resources

Had a power failure recently and all my servers (all NT4.0) were shut down properly by the UPS. When my PDC was restarted I received the following error:

Event ID 7222
Source: CheyDiscovery
Unable to open enumeration of network resources (EC= Invalid Parameter)

I am now having problems running backup on one of my Servers. ARCServe is located on the PDC. Any ideas what this error means?
