Enumerating NTFS/Share Permissions

Has anybody come across any decent tools or scripts to report permissions attached to shares and NTFS permissions. Basically I'd like to see how many redundant groups I have. All suggestions are welcome. So far I've looked for WSH scripts, tried using the NET SHARE command and KIXTART scripts but I've haven't found a way to do it.
